JESS WATERHOUSE FITNESS - TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. SERVICES Jess Waterhouse Fitness offers the following personal training services:
Face-to-face personal training at Club Lime, Melbourne
Online personal training via the JWF app
Program only via the JWF app (coming soon)
All services are goals-based and fully personalised to each individual client.
2. MINIMUM COMMITMENT Our preferred minimum commitment across all services is 8 weeks. This gives us enough time to build a solid foundation and start seeing real progress together.
That said, we understand that life happens. If you need to cancel before the 8 weeks is up, just let us know via the JWF app and we'll sort it out. You'll only ever pay for what you've used.
No lock-ins. No hard feelings. We'd just love the chance to work with you for as long as possible.
3. PAYMENTS All payments are processed via weekly subscription through the JWF app and Stripe. Your weekly subscription begins from the date your spot is confirmed. Payments are automatically deducted each week on the same day.
4. FAILED PAYMENTS If a payment fails you will be notified immediately. You have 48 hours to resolve the issue. If unresolved, your sessions will be paused until payment is made. If unresolved after 7 days your spot will be released.
5. CANCELLATION POLICY If you need to cancel your subscription simply let us know via the JWF app. You will only ever be charged for what you have used. We just ask for as much notice as possible so we can offer your spot to someone on the waitlist.
6. SESSION CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULING (Face-to-face clients only) Your weekly subscription secures your sessions for that week. Sessions cancelled with more than 24 hours notice may be rescheduled within the same week subject to availability. Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours notice are forfeited. No rollovers or refunds apply.
7. PROGRAMMING
All programs are built individually based on your onboarding forms and goals
Online personal training programs are reviewed and updated every 4 weeks
Programs are delivered via the JWF app
Jess Waterhouse Fitness reserves the right to adjust programming at any time based on client progress, feedback or health considerations
8. NUTRITION GUIDANCE Basic nutrition guidance is included across all services. Jess Waterhouse Fitness does not provide detailed macro plans or act as a registered dietitian. Clients with specific medical or dietary needs are encouraged to seek professional dietary advice.
9. HEALTH & MEDICAL By completing the PAR-Q health screening form you confirm that you are physically able to participate in an exercise program. It is your responsibility to inform Jess Waterhouse Fitness of any changes to your health or medical conditions during your personal training period. Jess Waterhouse Fitness is not liable for any injury or illness sustained during training.
10. COMMUNICATION All communication between coach and client is to be conducted via the JWF app. Response times may vary but Jess will aim to respond within 24 hours on business days.
11. PRIVACY Your personal information is collected solely for the purpose of delivering your personal training services and will never be shared with third parties without your consent. For full details please refer to our Privacy Policy at jesswaterhousefitness.com.au/privacy-policy
12. PHOTOS & TESTIMONIALS Jess Waterhouse Fitness will never share your photos, progress or personal information publicly without your explicit written consent.
13. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY All programs, plans and content created by Jess Waterhouse Fitness remain the intellectual property of Jess Waterhouse Fitness and may not be shared, reproduced or sold without written permission.
14. AGREEMENT By signing up to Jess Waterhouse Fitness you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
