Hi, I'm Jess, a health and fitness coach, ex-AFLW player, marathon runner, HYROX competitor, and someone who genuinely loves challenging both mind and body.

Jess Waterhouse Fitness is an inclusive health and fitness brand built on one simple belief: fitness should make your life better, not smaller.

I'm not here to sell you a transformation. I'm not interested in before and after photos, diet culture, or the idea that your body needs to change to be worthy of care. What I am here for is helping you feel stronger, more capable, and more energised in your everyday life - whatever that looks like for you.

Whether you're just starting out, coming back after time away, or looking to push yourself further than you have before, there is a place for you here. I work with anyone and everyone, and I mean that. No matter your age, background, fitness level, body shape, or experience - you're welcome.

One on One Personal Training In person sessions tailored entirely to you. We work together to understand what your body needs, what you enjoy, and what will genuinely support you to feel your best day in, day out.

My Approach

I believe fitness is about feeling better in your day to day life. It's about building strength, confidence, and energy that supports you to do the things you love. I draw on my background as a professional athlete, my lived experience across multiple sports and disciplines, and a genuine passion for evidence based, inclusive coaching.

There's no one-size-fits-all here. Just real, honest support to help you become the best version of yourself on your own terms.
